　目前黃金價格節節上漲，是否適合開黃金戶頭，進行投資呢？或等到黃金價格回跌，才趁低價開黃金戶頭？

投資黃金，是我們把本身投資組合，進一步多元化的另一個好選擇。最近，大眾對于黃金投資，也更為積極。

　去年，國際黃金價格累計上漲30%，黃金多頭也邁入第10個年頭。最近，金價也履創新高。　

　地理政治和主權危機風險不斷上漲，使得黃金價格飆漲；原油價格激揚，也激烈了大家的黃金購興，作為通貨膨脹的護盤。

　西亞國家及利比亞政局動盪，是導致油價飆漲的原因。我們相信，該些國家情況一旦惡化，黃金市場就有可能再創新高。

　此外，新興市場對于黃金的需求日益增長，將會是黃金價格長期上漲的基本因素。

新手開戶頭或買基金

　現今市場上擁有的黃金投資選擇，有黃金儲蓄戶頭（Gold Savings Account）、黃金單位信託基金、金幣（Kijang Emas Gold Coin）、直接投資金礦股票、購買金條、黃金期貨等。

　對于黃金投資新手，我建議，選擇黃金儲蓄戶頭或黃金單位信託基金。

　這兩個投資工具是比較好的選擇，因為產品的性質和結構都比較簡單直接。

　Christine可以考慮開設一個黃金儲蓄戶頭，在近期內，從黃金的增值趨勢中受惠。

　這個戶頭，可以讓您以更方便、安全和便宜的方式投資在黃金。但建議黃金投資不超過總投資組合10%，應該作為長期投資策略。

　而且，要以“成本平均”方式，定期買入黃金。

　無論如何，Christine要時刻記得一個簡單的投資法則，即是“當情況激烈改變，今日上漲的任何事物，都會在明天回跌”。更重要的是，您本人相不相信黃金價格長期內會因為供求因素增值。

　若您相信，今天就可以把黃金納入自己的投資組合里。但若本身無暇監視金價走勢，則黃金單位信託基金是比較好的選擇，讓專業的基金經理代為管理風險。

　Christine可以參考各銀行黃金戶頭的表，選擇適合自己的黃金儲蓄戶頭。

　總的來說，買入黃金是分散風險的另一種投資方式，屬于中等風險的投資工具，適合中長期投資者。

　投資黃金比較投資股市，相對穩健，但牛市中，黃金的投資回酬就會相對弱。

金飾門市價衝上歷史新高

國際金價在上週一（11日）上攀到每安士1474.80美元（約4459令吉）的歷史最高天價，促國內業者順勢調高金飾門市建議價，人民得挨貴金。

　于12日起，999足金漲幅達6令吉，每克報172令吉，916金每克起起5令吉至162令吉。

　同時，大馬金鑽商聯合總會指出，835金每克也漲4令吉至148令吉、錢金每克起2令吉至133令吉，久金每克則起1令吉至72令吉。

　今年至今短短4個月內，該總會已二度上調金飾門市建議價。

　該會會長吳逸平接受《中國報》訪問時預測，金價或會繼續走高，我國的金飾門市建議價，也會繼續跟著水漲船高。

　他說，除了國際油價，令吉兌美元匯率也會影響金飾門市建議價。

　他解釋若兩者同時走高，門市建議價的漲幅或稍微受限制。惟令吉匯率偏軟，國際金價又居高不下，就會使金飾門市建議價的漲幅更高。

　此外，“原產品天王”投資大師吉姆羅傑斯曾預測，10年內黃金將漲到每安士2000美元（約6046令吉）。

What is irewards?
irewards is a customer loyalty program company focusing in rewarding members with never ending benefits. Members were able to enjoy from amazing travelling trip, wonderful hotel and resort stays, beauty & healthcare, life-long-learning courses to incredible discounted products and services.

How does irewards work?
Members will receive irewards Voucher Booklet with irewards Cash Card. With irewards Voucher Booklets, members were able to do redemptions and gain Cash Rebates through irewards Cash Card.

How do I join irewards membership?
You cannot join irewards membership directly. You have to make purchases on selected products from the Merchants. From the selected products, you will be entitled for a Voucher Booklet.

Voucher Booklet

Can I still redeem the Redemption Vouchers if I left my Voucher Booklet at home?
No, your Redemption Booklet must be presented during purchase.

What happens if I lose my irewards Voucher Booklet?
There is no replacement for the Voucher Booklet. You can obtain a new Voucher Booklet through making purchases from our Merchants.

I do not want to go for the FREE travelling trip package offered in the Voucher Booklet. Can I transfer the tips to someone else?
Yes. You can transfer the FREE travelling trip package to your family and friends.

What does the FREE travelling trip package includes?
The FREE travelling trip package includes FREE 3-star accommodation, 3-times a day meal and also tour guide.

Are there any other charges for the FREE travelling trip package?
You just need to pay for your own air ticket, visa, tipping, and booking service charges.

Do I need to make any appointments before redemptions?
Yes, you need to call in the respective Merchants for prior appointment before redemption.

When does the Voucher Booklet expire?
The Voucher Booklet is valid until 31 December 2011 but some of the Vouchers have their own expiry date. You have to check on the expiry date as it defers from Merchants.

Are the promotions and offers valid throughout the Voucher Booklet’s validity?
No, the promotions and offers are valid while stocks last.

Can I use the Discount Vouchers at the Merchants’ outlet stores?
No, you cannot use the Discount Vouchers at the Merchants’ outlet stores. The promotions and offers presented in the Voucher Booklet are meant for irewards Online Order only. Merchants’ outlet stores will not accept the vouchers.

If I have more than ONE(1) irewards Voucher Booklet, can I still redeem using the other irewards Voucher Booklets?
No, one person is only entitled for 1 irewards Voucher Booklet. You can transfer the Voucher Booklet to your family members or friends.

Can foreigners from other countries use this Voucher Booklet to go for the free Macau Trip?
Yes, only foreigners from China, Indonesia and Thailand can use the Voucher Booklet to go for the free Macau Trip. A surcharge of RM150 will be applied to them.

Can foreigners from other countries use this Voucher Booklet to go for the Shanghai Trip?
No, foreigners are not applicable to use this Voucher Booklet to go for the Shanghai Trip.

Irewards Cash Card

What is irewards Cash Card?
irewards Cash Card is a VISA prepaid card which can be used at any merchants displaying VISA logo. This Cash Card has the same functions as a Debit Card but the Card holder doesn’t need to open a bank account to own irewards Cash Card.

Why should I apply irewards Cash Card?
irewards Cash Card holder will be entitled for Cash Rebate benefits offered by our Participating Partners:
- Enjoy higher Cash Rebate on all your purchases anytime, anywhere at our participating Merchants
- Cash Rebate automatically credited into your irewards Card every month
- Personalised assistance whenever you need it with irewards Customer Service

The irewards Cash Card looks like a Credit. Is this a Credit Card?
No, irewards Cash Card is not a Credit Card or a Debit Card. This is a Cash Card where you have to reload Cash into the Cash Card first before doing any purchases. This Cash Card is a EON VISA Cash Card. You can reload the Cash Card at any EON ATM machines nationwide or any other ATM machines with additional charges.

What are the age requirements to apply irewards Cash Card?
- Age 18 years and above
- Age 12 to 17 years (special form to fill up with parents signature)

Can I apply more than ONE (1) Cash Card?
No, 1 cardholder only entitled for 1 Cash Card.

How do I cancel my Cash Card?
Call 03-26161133 to cancel your Cash Card.

What do I have to do I lost or theft of Card:
- You have to report lost to Bank by using your IC as reference
- Bank will replace the Card to you
- A fee of RM20 will be bear by you
- You have to resubmit the application form to irewards

What are the charges for me to apply irewards Cash Card?
- Joining Fee : RM20.00 (waived)
- Annual Fee : RM20.00 (first year annual fee waived)
: spend at least 12 times over the preceding 12 months to enjoy subsequent annual fees waive.
- Activation Fee : RM20.00

What are the Cash Card’s reload details?
- Initial top up amount : RM50.00
- Maximum card value : RM5,000 (12 ��" 17 years old)

What are the Cash Card’s ATM withdrawal details?

Can I apply for a Supplementary irewards Cash Card for another member of my family or friends?
No, irewards Cash Card do not have Supplementary Cash Card.

Am I still entitled for the Cash Rebate if I left my Cash Card at home?
No, you must use your Cash Card to do purchases to be entitled for the Cash Rebate.

Irewards Online Order

What is irewards Online Order?
Online Order is a channel where irewards members were able to view and order the products/services offered by irewards merchants. Products offered in irewards website are limited and exclusive for irewards to purchase. Members are entitled to purchase only ON CE for each products offered. This is because the prices are fairly reasonable compared to the market price

How does irewards Online Order works?
Step 1 : Choose and select on the interested products
Step 2 : Fill up Order Form with Product Code and member’s details
Step 3 : Wait for follow-up call from irewards Support Team

How is the delivery mode?
Goods will be delivered to members as per agreed timeline or not more than SEVEN (7) working days.

How is the payment mode?
All payments have to be made in RINGGIT MALAYSIA (RM) currency. Payment can be made through cash, cheque or bank-in. All payments to be made directly to Infinity Rewards Sdn Bhd:
- Bank in : Maybank account 514440121463.
- Cash : irewards’ HQ office

Can I have cash refund?
Cash refund in relation to a returned product will only be made where the merchant has no more stocks of the returned products.

How should I handle for damaged products or wrong product delivery?
Request for return of products can only be made within THREE (3) days from the date of Purchase Order based on irewards’ records, and only where the products delivered are damaged or defective upon delivery or do not correspond with the order made.

Is there any “cooling-off” period upon purchase?
Yes. Members are entitled to a “cooling-off” period of 24-hours in respect of all products ordered from irewards’ website.

What should I do if there are problems with the products I ordered through irewards website?
If there are any problems regarding the products, you can contact irewards directly or email to customerservice@irewards.my.

Who should I contact if I have queries, comments, or complaints in relation to the Website and the products?
irewards shall handle all requests for the return of products via its customerservice@irewards.my. All enquiries, comments and complaints in relation to the website and the products made available hereunder may also be made under this e-mail.
